What is the shipping time?
All orders are estimated to ship within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Upon completion of an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email. Should there be any issues with address, name, or order please contact us as soon as possible to see if we are able to make any changes.

Do you ship internationally?
YES. We ship to most countries. However, due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations, we currently do not ship to:
- Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- North Korea
What is your refund policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must have the invoice in order to return. We only return or exchange items if they are defective, damaged or the wrong size. Gift cards are non-refundable.
To complete your return or exchange, email us (email@example.com) your reasons for wanting a refund or exchange. Attach photos of your product in the condition you received it. We will reply to your e-mail and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or paypal account again.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you the order number for your new product once it is accepted for an exchange.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
